Nokia introduces N77 DVB-H and 6110 GPS handsets

Nokia also announced two more models at 3GSM last week. The Nokia N77, a candybar handset powered by Symbian Series 60. This model is similar to the N73 although downgrades the camera to 2 megapixel but adds DVB-H mobile TV support.
“TV is the biggest media in the world and we are mobilizing it with the Nokia N77. The pocketable and affordable Nokia N77 further drives broadcast mobile TV based on DVB-H technology towards the mainstream market phase. The ability to watch live television on a mobile device has never been so easy,” said Jonas Geust, head of Nokia Nseries Players Category, Multimedia, Nokia. “The wide 2.4″ flat screen with up to 16 million colors and high quality stereo sound makes it the ideal personal mobile device for enjoying live TV and music on the move.”
The other handset announced is the Nokia 6110 which comes standard with GPS navigation and also features a 2 megapixel camera and Bluetooth.

Nokia 6133

As the widely and eagerly anticipated successor to the Nokia 6102i, the Nokia 6133 was slated to be a sophisticated update to Nokia's line of flip phones, and chosen by T-Mobile over the internationally released Nokia 6126.

With an eye catching clamshell design, the Nokia 6133 offers a sleek push-button flip release unleashing multimedia features such as an FM radio, 1.3-megapixel camera, dual vibrant color LCDs, and video options such as video ring displays. However, the pros lead to cons that have some consumers upset.
The classic Nokia reputation of simplicity is inherent in the Nokia 6133, however the quality is somewhat lacking with a flimsy flip frame, lower than documented battery life, odd numeric design and misplaced camera button and microSD slot.

Nokia announced the hot new Nokia N76

CES 2007 -- Nokia has made good on its promise to get slimmer with its introduction of the Nokia N76. The full featured N-Series device comes in at 13.7mm thick which is significantly thinner than its other devices (the N93 is 28.2mm thick for example, over twice the size). The styling doesn't stop at size though, the N76 features a mirror finish on the outside and is constructed out of premium materials like magnesium.

Building on the success of the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet, the Nokia N800 introduces faster performance, full screen finger qwerty keyboard, easier continuous connections through Wi-Fi or via Bluetooth phone, integrated web camera as well as a new elegant design. Nokia also announced a development cooperation with Skype on Internet Telephony that will allow Skype users to make Internet calls from their Nokia N800.
Like its predecessor, the Nokia N800 Internet Tablet is based on Nokia's desktop Linux based Operating System. The Maemo development platform was launched in 2005 to provide Open Source developers with the tools and opportunities to create innovative applications for use on Nokia's Internet Tablets. Users of the Nokia N800 will be able to benefit from a wide range of third party applications.
The Nokia N800 is commercially available immediatelly in the United States and in selected markets in Europe at estimated retail price of 399 EUR/USD (excluding local taxes).
